DialOS uses customer and operator data only to run communications workflows, support account security, and maintain operational history inside platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate workspace, including user profile data, authentication records, contact records, call activity, messaging activity, and system preferences.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to manage call queues, route communications, power reporting, store notes, support auditability, and protect account integrity. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data Security and Storage
Data is stored in managed infrastructure with access controls and encryption practices appropriate for operational SaaS systems. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plaintext.
4. Third-Party Services
DialOS integrates with telephony providers such as Telnyx. Information exchanged with those providers is subject to their own service and privacy terms.
